Assistant Headteacher - required for September 2018

Exam Invigilators - required for May 2018

We are currently looking to add to our bank of dedicated Exam Invigilators employed on a casual basis to assist in the smooth running of GCSE and “A” Level examinations throughout the academic year, but predominantly May to the end of June.

Duties include supervising students taking examinations, preparing exam rooms, distributing, and collecting exam papers. The ideal applicant will be highly organised, vigilant and reliable, have excellent attention to detail and have the ability to remain calm under pressure.

We are particularly interested in flexible applicants who are available any day of the week (Monday – Friday). The hours will be varied but the morning sessions will start at 8.30am and the afternoon sessions will start at 1.00pm. Invigilators are contacted prior to the exam period to discuss their individual availability.

Experience not necessary as full training will be provided.

CASUAL OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN WOODLANDS SPORTS & LEISURE

Allestree Woodlands School has a wide range of fitness and sporting facilities which are open to the public across the whole week.

Casual opportunities exist with Woodlands Sport and Leisure across a range of different job roles, including Lifeguards*,Gym Instructors*,Swim Teachers*, Multi-Sports Leaders, Group Exercise Instructors* and Recreation Attendants.

Woodlands Sport and Leisure is committed to providing a safe, warm, clean, friendly, fun environment for the local community at an affordable cost. Honesty, integrity and a positive attitude is key to helping us deliver achieve these goals. You will need to be customer focused and able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of users. Job responsibilities vary between job roles.

Flexibility in working hours is required as shifts vary between mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
